Why is the growth of new oxalis leaves so different from re-using the old soil vs using new soil? - It's not lack of nutrients because fertilizer was used on both pots. - Any guesses? - I'll show you why in my stories! (Right after I give those oxalis bulbs some much needed new soil!) - These bulbs took about 2 weeks to re-grow - probably would have been shorter if I hadn't let them dry out so much.
