How do I choose hotel check-in and check-out dates?
Just to make it crystal clear: if you check in on the 20th and check out on the 21st, you only pay for one night: the 20th. So if you check in on the 20th and check out on the 28th, you only pay for eight nights -- 20th, 21st,..., 26th, 27th. Count it on your fingers!

What happens if I no-show on a multiple person flight booking?
I have not done business with Blue Air but I have had a couple of normal bookings with multiple people and a couple of group bookings where people did not show up and absolutely nothing happens. Most of the time when you check-in online the people at the airport will not know anything about the booking, even when you drop off your luggage.

How can I check if a given flight has a meal service?
ExpertFlyer has meal information in its "flight details" search. For example, searching for your flight reveals that meal "D" is included, and clicking on the "D" shows that it means "dinner". Note, however, that this is a paid service (plans start, as of this writing, at $4.99/mo), though there is a free trial available if you just have a one-time need for this information.

I guess you could call their customer service. In the UK on +44 113 868 4151 This is what I will do tomorrow as I received this message also after booking directly on their website. I suspect, that as it is Ryanair, they are relying on x% of people not checking in til last minute and then having to pay at the airport when they realise the verification system won't deliver on time. As mentioned ...
